The bows in the carport frame are formed from a single piece of tubing instead of several tube framing pieces screwed together. By using this process, the entire carport frame is strengthened, especially at the frame angles.

Base Rail

The base rail of the carport structure needs to be built from quality and sturdy steel, as the base rail is foundational to the overall carport structure. That’s why we use 2x3x3/16” galvanized angle iron for our carport base rails.

Built by qualified craftsmen, our carports are built to withstand the elements, including strong wind gusts. Our boat & RV carports are certified and engineered to withstand up to 120 mph wind gusts. In other words, your carport isn’t falling over anytime soon.
